Hello! Thank you for submitting your art to be considered for UP Partnership's 2025 Fiesta Medal. Submissions are accepted from Dec. 13, 2024-Jan. 22, 2025. Winners will be announced in early February 2025. Medal designs must depict what it means to be Future Ready. For more information on the Future Ready Bexar County Plan, you can visit futurereadysa.org.

First, fill out the submission form here. Indicate if you will be submitting a single or multiple designs. Please note, there is a limit of two designs that can be submitted per artist.
At the end of the form, upload design files, including a pdf version and a vector file format of the design (vector file formats are either a svg or eps).

All submissions MUST be original digital art (art created on programs such as, but not limited to: Adobe Illustrator, ProCreate, Clip Studio Paint, etc.) and something that can be easily reproduced on a small Fiesta Medal. See below for more details on the Fiesta Medal specs.

If your design is chosen as one of the top prizes, we will be asking to see your master file to verify your original creation (i.e. the working document of your design).

If you are chosen as a winner, UP Partnership will contact you via the email submitted on the next page. For any questions, please contact communications@uppartnership.org. We will ask that you and a legal guardian fill out a media release form if chosen a winner.
